Blast off!!  This class will allow you to design, build, and launch your own near-space capsule, 15-20 miles into the stratosphere at the very edge of space.  We will learn about the atmosphere and near-space environment, how to engineer a vehicle for that environment, take pictures and meteorological data during the flight, and track and recover your capsule on a parachute.  Far out.
