A major leading to a B.A. degree consists of 29 hours in geography and earth sciences and will include GEOG 1101, 1105, 2100, 2101, 2110 and ESCI 1101 with the lab. Except for required courses, all work offered for the major must be numbered 2100 or above. Students are encouraged to take additional coursework in related disciplines or to select a second major.
